Le Roseau Chantant organizes these events as a response of the growing
interest

of our customers for meeting us and learning new tips and approaches in
their

reed-making techniques. Orchestral musicians, teachers and advanced
students are

welcomed.  Very limited places!  Samples and demonstration materials such as:

cane in different gouges, staples with different bores, different thickness thread will be distributed to all participants at no charge.  In this very intensive (seven hours) master class major attention will be given to the following:
-       Selection of gouges to suit each personal  taste and needs
-       Different staples and how to choose the right one for all different brand  instruments
-       Shapers and how they affect the tone quality, pitch stability and
response
-       Scraping methods and techniques at French, German or American. Learn more for each one and have the opportunity of trying different  models

-       Demonstration of tools, machines and all must accessories
